Stephen D. LEONARD, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed as moot. On November 2, 2017, in case nos. 3D16–2298 and 3D16–2203, this Court entered an order advising Appellant, Stephen D. Leonard, that the Court is withholding any ruling on the appeal and other issues raised by appellant until the supplemental record is received and reviewed. Since that time, two separate supplements to the record have been filed, and on December 12, 2017, Assistant Public Defender, Shannon Hemmendinger, filed a status report with this Court advising that the court reporter has located the transcript of the proceedings that occurred on July 6, 2016, and is preparing the transcript.
FERNANDEZ, LUCK and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
