Derek DAVID, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration, petitioner's request for oral argument is denied.
We deny the petition for writ of prohibition, and lift our stay. Because the petition did not address the constitutionality of the 2017 amendments to the Stand Your Ground immunity statute, and the retroactive application of those amendments, we have not addressed, and express no opinion on, those issues in this case.
SUAREZ, SCALES and LUCK, JJ., concur.
