The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted to the extent that within two days of the date of this order, the circuit court shall either amend its written order placing the petitioner on home detention with electronic monitoring to state clear and convincing reasons for such placement or release the petitioner pending her adjudicatory hearing. See § 985.255(3)(b), Fla. Stat. (2017).
