Appellant's motion to show cause is denied, and this appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order. See Fineman v. Greenberg, 575 So.2d 1310, 1311 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991). Appellant's motions to proceed without an answer brief, motion for an extension of time to serve the appendix, and motion to resubmit initial brief with proper appendix are denied as moot.
