Upon review of the Initial Brief, the Answer Brief, and the Reply Brief thereto, it is ordered that this non-final appeal is hereby dismissed as moot. See Godwin v. State, 593 So. 2d 211, 212 (Fla. 1992) (“An issue is moot when the controversy has been so fully resolved that a judicial determination can have no actual effect.”); Antar v. Seamiles, LLC, 960 So. 2d 802, 803 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007) (“[T]he record presents none of the three exceptions recognized by the Florida Supreme Court in which a moot case will not be dismissed.”).

Appellee's request for attorney's fees is hereby denied. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.400(b); Garcia v. Collazo, 178 So. 3d 429, 430 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015) (“[A]ttorney's fees must be requested by filing a separate motion and not merely as a line request in a pleading.”).
