Mychal T. KING, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
Mychal King challenges his judgment and sentence for first-degree murder. We affirm his judgment and sentence without comment but dismiss the portion of the appeal challenging the trial court's denial of the motion to disqualify, rendered after the notice of appeal was filed, because we lack jurisdiction to consider this issue. See Davis v. State, 174 So.3d 646, 647 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015).
Affirmed in part; dismissed in part.
BLACK, Judge.
LaROSE, C.J., and ROTHSTEIN–YOUAKIM, J., Concur.
