The Doctor failed to exhaust his administrative remedies prior to seeking relief in the circuit court. Therefore, the court's order dismissing the Doctor's complaint for failure to exhaust administrative remedies is affirmed for the reasons set forth in our opinion released today in Desai v. Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., No. 4D15–4408 (Fla. 4th DCA May 31, 2017).

Affirmed.
