Jay Russell SINGER, Appellant, v. Noreen SINGER, Appellee.
We affirm on all issues, as the February 12, 2015 final order did not contain a specific reservation of the court's jurisdiction to permit a supplemental complaint post judgment to add a third party. See Ross v. Wells Fargo Bank, 114 So.3d 256, 257 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013). Affirmance is without prejudice for appellant to seek relief against any third parties in a separate civil action.
Affirmed.
Per Curiam.
Damoorgian, Gerber and Klingensmith, JJ., concur.
