Appellee, Department of Children and Families, filed a motion for rehearing and clarification of this court's prior opinion, dated August 13, 2014. We grant Appellee's motion, withdraw our previous opinion, and substitute this opinion, affirming the order terminating the parental rights of J.S. as to L.S.
