WINEX EUGENE, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
We redesignate this proceeding as an appeal from the circuit court's May 10, 2013 order denying the defendant's petition for writ of habeas corpus. We treat the document which the defendant filed in this court, entitled “Appeal Habeas Corpus,” as his initial brief. We summarily affirm. State v. Dickey, 928 So.2d 1193, 1198 (Fla.2006); Major v. State, 814 So.2d 424, 426–27 (Fla.2002).
Affirmed.
