Appellant/petitioner is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.

Upon consideration of the emergency motions, notices of appeal, and all petitions filed of the order denying the Defendant's Second Motion to Discharge Counsel filed by the appellant, the appeals are dismissed as being unappealable non-final orders under Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.140, without prejudice to raise them again at the conclusion of the appellant's trial.

All other appeals filed by the appellant are dismissed pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003).

It is further ordered that the clerk of this court is directed to reject any further appeals, petitions, or motions from Mr. Gus Lanier regarding his pre-trial proceedings unless such pleadings are signed by an attorney in good standing authorized to practice law in the State of Florida.
