Co. as Tr., 81 So. 3d 556, 558 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012) (holding that, in the absence of a hearing transcript in the appellate court record, where the “judgment ․ is not fundamentally erroneous on its face” and where a Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.200(b) Statement of Evidence or Proceedings has not been prepared to substitute for a transcript, the judgment must be affirmed).
