Appellant's case was concluded via an affirmance on September 3, 2024. Appellant's post disposition Motion For Issuance of Written Opinion, Rehearing, and For Rehearing En Banc dated September 17, 2024, was thereafter denied in part and stricken in part via this court's order dated November 4, 2024. Appellant filed a Motion for Reconsideration Denying Request for Rehearing, Written Opinion and Striking Request for Rehearing En Banc as Legally Sufficient dated November 15, 2024, which was also stricken as unauthorized via this court's order dated December 2, 2024. Appellant has now filed yet another unauthorized motion entitled Appellant's Motion Curing Legal Insufficiency Following Denial Of Motion For Reconsideration For Request For Written Opinion, Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc dated December 13, 2024.

Appellant's continuous attempts to revisit the same issues are frivolous and an abuse of this court's process.

As such, Appellant is cautioned that any further pro se pleadings filed in the court asserting the claim raised in this case regarding Circuit Court Case Number 2022-CA-6627 may result in Spencer sanctions being imposed. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999).
