Appellant seeks review of the final judgment terminating his parental rights and argues the trial court's findings are not supported by record evidence. Because Appellant's claims were not preserved below, we review them for fundamental error. B.T. v. Dep't of Child. & Fams., 300 So. 3d 1273, 1280–81 (Fla. 1st DCA 2020).

After a careful review of the record, we find no fundamental error occurred in the final judgment terminating Appellant's parental rights. The record shows the trial court properly found by clear and convincing evidence a statutory ground for termination under section 39.806(1), that termination is in the children's manifest best interest under section 39.810, and that termination is the least restrictive means of protecting the children from harm.

Affirmed.
