LINDA PETTI, Appellant, v. MARSHALL SKLAR, Appellee.
The Court has reviewed the initial brief and the record filed in this case. Finding there is no preliminary basis for reversal of the order on appeal, we summarily affirm. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.315(a). We further deny appellant's October 5, 2023, motion to stay and appellee's October 10, 2023, motion to strike initial brief as moot.
Affirmed.
Per Curiam.
Damoorgian, Gerber and Artau, JJ., concur.
