David F. MCCHESSNEY, Appellant, v. SPINNAKER COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., Appellee.
Dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Monticello Ins. Co. v. Thompson, 743 So. 2d 1215, 1216 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999) (dismissing appeal because summary judgment order did not have language indicating entry of a judgment or other “unequivocal language of finality”); see generally Ball v. Genesis Outsourcing Sols., LLC, 174 So. 3d 498, 499 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015) (explaining why, “[f]or an order to be final, it must constitute an entry of a judgment” and noting that “it is the final judgment that is appealable, not an order simply granting a motion”).
Per Curiam.
B.L. Thomas, Ray, and Tanenbaum, JJ., concur.
