The order summarily denying appellant's Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion is affirmed without prejudice to appellant seeking relief in a timely motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. See Rodriguez v. State, 202 So. 3d 460, 461 n.1 (Fla. 5th DCA 2016). We express no opinion regarding the merits of any such motion.
