MICHAEL PINE, Appellant, v. YULIYA PINE, Appellee.
Michael Pine appeals an order granting an emergency ex parte motion, arguing in part that the trial court erred by determining that he must pay the appellee's attorneys’ fees and costs. Because the trial court has not yet set an amount of fees, this issue is not ripe for review. See Stephanos v. Stephanos, 357 So. 3d 1230, 1231 (Fla. 4th DCA 2023). We therefore dismiss this portion of the appeal, and we affirm in all other respects.
Affirmed in part and dismissed in part.
PER CURIAM.
CIKLIN, LEVINE and CONNER, JJ., concur.
