QUENTIN JERARD WHITE, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
Quentin Jerard White was sentenced to fifteen years in prison following his no-contest plea to manslaughter with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On appeal he claims that the plea was involuntary. A claim that a no-contest plea was involuntary cannot be considered on direct appeal unless preserved by a motion to withdraw the plea. Fla. R. App. P. 9.140(b)(2)(A)(ii)c. White filed no such motion, so we must affirm the judgment and sentence.
AFFIRMED.
PER CURIAM.
ROWE, RAY, and WINOKUR, JJ., concur.
