JENA L. SWEENEY and MICHAEL D. SWEENEY, Appellants, v. ISLANDVIEW BEACH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., Appellee.
Appellants seek review of a trial court order dismissing their counterclaims against Appellees. Because their counterclaims were compulsory, not permissive, appeal of their dismissal is not permitted until a final disposition of the original cause has been obtained. Mendez v. West Flagler Family Ass'n, Inc., 303 So. 2d 1, 5 (Fla. 1974); Campbell v. Gordon, 674 So. 2d 783, 785 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996). We therefore dismiss this appeal.
DISMISSED.
PER CURIAM.
B.L. THOMAS, WINOKUR, and LONG, JJ., concur.
