Anne CRAVENS and Helen Snook, individually, Appellants/Cross Appellees, v. Margaret M. KULUBIS, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Theodore B. Potter, George F. Potter, Jeanet Romro, Carolyn Szabo, and Maribel O'Neal, all individually, Appellees/Cross Appellants.
After the trial court in this case dismissed the action for lack of prosecution, the appellees moved to assess fees under an offer of judgment made pursuant to section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1993), and on other grounds.
This court has reversed the order of dismissal. That reversal requires reversal on this appeal of the order awarding attorney's fees.
Reversed.
