Appellants, Travel Insurance Facilities, PLC, and Union Reiseversicherung Aktiengesellschaft, nonresident defendants in the litigation below, appeal the trial court's order denying their motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.¹ Based on our recent decision in Travel Insurance Facilities, PLC v. Naples Community Hospital, Inc., 48 Fla. L. Weekly D1082 (Fla. 6th DCA May 26, 2023), which is indistinguishable in all material respects from the instant case, we reverse the order denying Appellants’ motion to dismiss and remand with instructions for the trial court to dismiss Appellants from this action.²

REVERSED and REMANDED with instructions.

1. This case was transferred from the Second District Court of Appeal to this Court on January 1, 2023.

2. The order under review also denied Appellants’ motion to transfer venue. Based on our disposition of this appeal, we need not reach the venue issue.
