Ewan Sheriff v. Omar Harris et al.
ORDER RE APPLICATION TO DISCHARGE MECHANIC'S LIEN
The court, having heard the parties with respect to the application of Ewan Sheriff to discharge the mechanic's lien filed on September 19, 2013, by O & S Home Improvement, LLC, by and through its principal, Omar Harris, with respect to a certain property known as 4–6 Sterling Street and 210–216 Homestead Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut, hereby orders as follows.
The application to discharge the mechanic's lien is granted. The lien, recorded at Volume 6734, Pages 94–95, on the land records of the City of Hartford, is hereby discharged.
