Robert Crotty v. John Tremaglia
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The plaintiff Robert Crotty was backing down his vehicle on a driveway and was struck on the rear passenger side by the defendant John Tremaglia's pushing the plaintiff's vehicle into a parked truck causing the plaintiff to sustain personal injuries to his body and he incurred medical expenses in the amount of $3,670.00. The court finds that the cause of the collision was the negligence of the defendant.
The court awards the plaintiff Robert Crotty damages in the amount of $18,670 plus taxable costs to be paid by the defendant John Tremaglia.
