MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The court finds the plaintiff has proven the allegations of her complaint.

The court finds the economic damages suffered by the plaintiff to be $13,413.   The court finds the non-economic damages suffered by the plaintiff to be $15,000.

The court finds that 65% of the negligence that proximately caused the plaintiff's injuries and damages is attributable to the defendant and 35% is attributable to the plaintiff.

The amount of recoverable economic damages is $8,718.45.

The amount of recoverable non-economic damages is $9,750.00.

Judgment may enter in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant for $18,468.45.
