ORDER

The parties appeared before the undersigned on October 7, 2013 to argue the defendant's motion for contempt.   Both parties were ordered to submit written closing arguments and proposed findings of fact.

The plaintiff filed its document dated October 18, 2013.   The defendant filed its document dated October 25, 2013, which did not provide specific proposed findings of facts but rather, baldly concluded that there is “a balance due of $25,614.16.”

The court requires a specific figure by figure summary of how the defendant concludes that the sum of $25,614.16 is due.
