Lindsey Johnson v. Vision Salon & Spa, LLC et al.
RULING ON HEARING IN DAMAGES
On November 8, 2013, a hearing in damages was conducted in the present matter. Both Lindsey Johnson and John Luu were in attendance. The parties presented the testimony of several witnesses and introduced a number of exhibits. The plaintiff claims non-economic damages for pain and suffering and a resulting scar on the top of her scalp.
Based upon the credible evidence presented, the court finds that the plaintiff has proven that fair, just and reasonable non-economic damages in the amount of $50,000. Accordingly, judgment should enter in favor of the plaintiff as against the defendants in the amount of $50,000, plus taxable costs.
SO ORDERED.
