MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO REARGUE (# 222) AND PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO REARGUE/ARTICULATION (# 223)

The court, having heard the parties' postjudgment motions (coded 222 and 223), hereby denies each party's motion for reargument and plaintiff's motion for articulation.

The court finds that the child support order is modified and that the plaintiff is to pay to the defendant $234.00 per week child support.  (See Exhibit “A”, child support guidelines worksheet).

The order is effective October 7, 2013.
