191 Franklin, LLC v. Post et al.
COURT'S ORDER
THE COURT: Before we move forward with the criminal docket, I'd like to put on the record a continuance with regard to a decision that the Court entered yesterday on the record in the matter of 191 Franklin LLC versus Post. Attorney Low was here previously this morning; he was plaintiff's counsel. I'm going to again ask the court monitor, rather, to include this as part of yesterday's transcript and the Court will sign it.
I want to make clear that the judgment in favor of the plaintiff was as to both Ms. Post, the named defendant, as well as Mr. Arkus, who was originally named as John Doe number two. With regard to John Doe number one and number three and Jane Doe, the Court dismisses, without prejudice, the summary process action with regard to those parties.
Thank you.
Dated this 10th day of October 2013.
