MEMORANDUM OF DECISION IN RE CORRECTION OF TITLE TO PREVIOUSLY FILED MEMORANDUM

The court held a hearing on a motion for judgment based on a stipulation between the parties.   On September 27, 2013 a memorandum was filed entering judgment in accordance with the stipulation.

Upon reviewing the file the court noted the memorandum was incorrectly titled “Memorandum of Decision on Motion for Summary Judgment” rather than Memorandum of Decision on Motion for Judgment in accordance with stipulation.   The memorandum makes clear that the court was acting on a request for judgment in accordance with a stipulation and explicitly entered judgment on the motion for judgment in accordance with the stipulation.

The title of the court's decision should be entitled Memorandum of Decision on Motion for Judgment in accordance with stipulation.
