Sand Champion–Inzero v. James J. Inerzo
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
Order regarding motion for advice dated August 22, 2013(167). The defendant filed a motion for advice regarding the defendant's gun collection and radio collection. The defendant had previously been ordered to sell said collections but failed and neglected to do so. The plaintiff now has possession of said collections. On July 8, 2013, the court ordered that “plaintiff may sell items on defendant's behalf.”
It was the court's intention and is the order of the court that the plaintiff shall be permitted to sell said items at an arm's length transaction and documented with bills of sale. Said funds will be held in escrow by plaintiff's counsel pending further order of the court.
