MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This is an action brought by the plaintiff Marie Minichino against her sister the defendant Linda Minuit to quiet title to real property known as 365 Amity Road in Woodbridge, Connecticut title to which now and has always stood in the name of the defendant.

Although there was prior transactions regarding real properties, title to which were in the name of the defendant, and for which the court (Hadden, J.) found to be held in trust for the plaintiff's son, CV 03 0483949 S, that litigation did not include 365 Amity Road.

The court finds the issues in favor of the defendant Linda Minuit and enters judgment accordingly.
