Trina C. Knoll v. Anthony S. Knoll
ORDER
The court, having considered plaintiff's Motion to Reargue Post–Judgment Modification dated September 23, 2013, orders as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion is granted.
2. The Clerk's Office shall schedule this rehearing at the same time as plaintiff's current Motion for Contempt filed September 23, 2013 is heard.
3. Plaintiff shall be limited to proving by a preponderance of the evidence adduced at the hearing that there is a substantial change in either or both parties' circumstances since the date of the dissolution judgment—November 6, 2012.
4. The court unseals the parties' Financial Affidavits submitted at the time of the dissolution to provide a basis for financial comparison at the rehearing.
