Chandra Bozelko v. Angelica N. Papastavros
ORDER MOTION TO DISQUALIFY # 280
The plaintiff moves to disqualify Judge Angela Robinson from handling this case. The plaintiff argues in her motion dated June 12, 2013 that Judge Angela Robinson is biased against her and favors the defendant.

The court has reviewed the court file as it relates to this motion.
The parties argued this motion on August 21, 2013.
The motion to disqualify is hereby denied. The motion does not comply with Connecticut Practice Book Section 1–23 as it is not accompanied by an affidavit.
