Haresh Patel v. Administrator, Unemployment Compensation Act
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This matter was heard by this court on August 15, 2003 as a statutory appeal regarding a claim for unemployment compensation.
The hearing established that the plaintiff after a denial of his claim by an Administrative Referee and a Board of Review pursuant to Connecticut General Statute Section 31–249 appealed to this court. The plaintiff had not filed a motion to correct the findings of the Board. This court is bound by the findings of facts found by the Board.
The facts find the plaintiff violated the employer's cellular telephone policy and he had used his personal credit card for customers. The Board found plaintiff's actions violated the employer's sales policies during the course of his employment.
For the foregoing reasons the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
