MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Advertising was placed by the defendant through the plaintiff during the year of 2011.   The court finds there remains a balance due and owing by the defendant to the plaintiff the sum of $9,000.00 plus interest in the amount of $2,339.01 and reasonable attorneys fees in the amount of $1,900.00 as provided by their contract and taxable court costs in the amount of $422.00.   Judgment shall enter accordingly.
