LDK Contractors v. Geoffrey Hamlin et al.
MEMORANDUM AND DECISION ON HEARING AND DAMAGES
In the case of Buonfiglio v. Hamlin the cross claim defendants FJB Contractors, LLC and FJB Construction, INC. have been defaulted for failure to plead. The case was scheduled for a hearing and damages on the cross claim of the defendants/cross claim plaintiffs Geoffrey L. Hamlin and Kristen Peters Hamlin against the cross claim defendants FJB Contractors, LLC and FJB Construction, Inc. Similarly in the case of LDK Contractors v. Hamlin the cross claim defendants FJB Construction, Inc. and FJB Contractors, LLC did not appear for trial or the hearing and damages and the cross claim plaintiffs proceeded with evidence. The court has considered the evidence presented and finds that the cross claim plaintiffs have incurred damages in the amount of $329,600. The court enters judgment against FJB Construction, Inc. and FJB Contractors, LLC in the amount of $329,600.
