MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter was heard at a Hearing in Damages after a default judgment was entered by the plaintiff.

The evidence established the plaintiff sustained injuries to his cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine and his left ankle as a result of the negligence of the defendant.   Plaintiff incurred medical bills of $7,507.49

Judgment shall enter for the sum of $42,507.49.
