Nathan Mills v. Administrator, Unemployment Compensation Act
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
On June 24, 2013 the statutory appeal concerning the unemployment compensation claim of the plaintiff was heard by the undersigned.
The hearing established the plaintiff disagreed with the conclusions of the Board of Review in finding an overpayment of unemployment compensation. The Board found that pursuant to Connecticut General Statute 31–273–4 the payments to plaintiff exceeded the limitations on payments made by the defendant.
The hearing has established the conclusions of the Board were reasonable and consistent with applicable statutes, and the decision was not unreasonable, arbitrary or illegal.
For the foregoing reasons the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
