MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The court, having heard testimony and argument on May 7, 2013, and no briefs having been filed with regard to any application of the March 2013 rent payment toward the arrearage, and inasmuch as the receipt (Defense Exhibit A) clearly reflects payment of the March 2013 rent in full, the court hereby enters judgment in favor of the defendant.
