Robert Tweedie v. Administrator, Unemployment Compensation Act
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The claimant, Robert Tweedie, has filed the instant appeal from the decision of the Employment Security Division Board of Review denying the claimant benefits. The claimant was duly notified that this appeal would be held at 2:15 p.m., April 29, 2013 in the Superior Court in judicial district of New Haven at New Haven. The court convened at the appointed time. The claimant did not appear at that time. The court waited approximately one hour for the claimant to appear. The claimant never appeared for this appeal.
Accordingly, the claimant's appeal is hereby DISMISSED for failure to appear for this hearing.
