MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
Motion to Compel filed January 23, 2013, is denied as being too broad in scope.
However, evidence of certain crimes would be probative on issues in this case and properly addressed by a more narrow motion. See Conn.Code of Evidence Secs. 6 & 7; State v. Chance, 236 Conn. 31 (1996); Spears v. Elder, 124 Conn.App. 280 (2010).
