Michael J. Galvin v. Sandra L. Galvin
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO MODIFY CHILD SUPPORT
The motion to modify is denied based upon no evidence establishing a substantial change in circumstances from the 2009 dissolution to the financial affidavit filed in May 2012, as well as an examination of the 1040s in 2009 and 2011.1 (Ex. E & I.) The 2009 1040 reported gross income of $300,000. The 2011 1040 reported gross income of $250,000. The financial affidavit dated May 31, 2012 reported gross weekly income of $5,769 or $299,988 gross income per year. While admittedly the evidence established changes in Dr. Galvin's personal and professional life, said changes did not substantially alter his income from date of dissolution to the date of the motion for modification. Accordingly, the motion is denied.
SO ORDERED.
THE COURT
