The following order is entered in the above matter:
ORDER
Petitioner's appeal is based entirely on his claims of fact that were rejected by the board of review. Because petitioner did not move to correct the board's findings of fact, the court is legally bound by those findings. Therefore, the court must uphold the board's conclusion, based on its findings of fact, that petitioner left work voluntarily without good cause attributable to his employer and, therefore, is not entitled to unemployment compensation. JUDGMENT of DISMISSAL enters.
