The therapist shall select which day, Tuesday or Thursday, is the day for therapeutic visitation; the other day shall be for supervised visitation from 2 pm (or from school or camp ) to 6 pm.
p. 70
24. “He shall own the balance of his deferred compensation funds free and clear of any claims of the plaintiff.”
Additional order to the orders in the Memorandum of Decision dated February 2, 2012
At the time of the issuance of the Memorandum of Decision on this matter in open court on February 2, 2012, the parties noted that the court failed to issue an order regarding the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by the plaintiff, the title of which is in the defendant's name and held by the lender on the auto loan. The court retained jurisdiction over the matter prior to the issuance of the decision.
The court now orders;
The plaintiff shall be the sole owner of the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and she shall pay the auto loan and motor vehicle taxes on the vehicle as they come due and indemnify and hold the defendant harmless thereon. The defendant shall sign all documents presented to him by the plaintiff to transfer title to her solely. Until said title is transferred, the plaintiff has exclusive use of the motor vehicle.
