Juan Hernandez v. Administrator, Unemployment Compensation Act
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The plaintiff has filed this statutory appeal from the Board of Review decision denying plaintiff's motion to reopen the decision reached in this matter. The record in this case is replete in the findings to support the conclusion that plaintiff was discharged for wilful misconduct in the course of his employment. The record also has established the plaintiff failed to demonstrate good cause for his failure to appear at a hearing in this proceeding.
This court also finds the plaintiff has failed to file a motion to correct the findings with the Board as required by the statutory law and Connecticut Practice Section 22–4 and 22–9.
For the foregoing reasons the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
