Tanyce Jones, PPA Tracey Jones v. Brian Johns
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
While playing with her bicycle in adjacent neighbor's driveway, the minor plaintiff Tracey Jones collided with a post which was leaning against a fence owned by the defendant and which separated his property from that of her neighbors. There was no evidence as to who placed the post in the location which caused the minor plaintiff's injuries. The court finds the issue of liability in favor of the defendant and enters judgment accordingly.
