Kelly Card v. Brian Card
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
On April 2, 2012, the court held a hearing on plaintiff's Motion for Contempt (# 116) and plaintiff's Motion for Modification (# 117), both dated March 7, 2012, at which both litigants testified. Based on that testimony and the documents admitted into evidence, the court makes the following findings of fact.
1) Both parties are indigent;
2) The minor child currently resides with defendant.
3) The court finds an arrearage on the part of defendant in the amount of $25,640.00.
ORDERS
1) In view of the fact that the minor child is currently residing with defendant, the court orders defendant to pay the arrearage at the rate of one dollar per week pursuant to the dictates of State of Connecticut Regulation § 46b–215a–4a(e)(2).
2) Defendant's child support obligation is hereby terminated.
3) Attorney Jeremiah Ollennu is hereby appointed guardian ad litem for the minor child in this matter, his fee to be paid for by the State.
4) The parties and the guardian ad litem are to appear in court on June 26, 2012 to address issues of custody and visitation. All pending motions regarding custody and visitation will be heard on that date.
