Jennifer L. Gural v. Paul M. Gural
ORDER
A review of the record reveals that the parties were divorced on April 28, 2011, pursuant to a dissolution of agreement signed by both parties. At the time, the sole asset was the marital residence jointly owned and both parties who were jointly obligated on the mortgage. The judgment provided that the plaintiff wife would continue to reside in the home alone and assume all debts associated with said residence while attempting to refinance the mortgage. The agreement provided that if the plaintiff was unable to successfully refinance the mortgage within six months then the property, which had a negative equity then and now, would be “unloaded.”
The plaintiff appeared before the undersigned on May 14, 2012 to effectuate the transfer of the real estate from the defendant to the plaintiff as contemplated and provided in the judgment. That request is granted. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ADJUDGED that all right, title and interest of the defendant husband, Paul M. Gural in and to the premises known as 80 Vivian Street, Waterford, CT, hereby is transferred to the plaintiff, Jennifer Gural pursuant to Gen.Stat. § 46b–81.
