ORDER
After consideration of the arguments presented by counsel at a hearing and in the memoranda submitted and a review of the authorities cited, the court hereby enters the following order:
The arbitrator should be informed of the limits of liability of the coverage available to all the defendants collectively.
The arbitrator should not be informed of the availability of underinsured motorist coverage and/or conversion coverage, or of any settlements made under underinsured motorist coverage.
The arbitrator should not be informed as to the collection of any proceeds resulting from “Dram Shop” actions.
